1. Who controls your data?
Balkivo is operated by Gökmen Topal (Google Play developer name: Balkivo Technologies), Maslak Mahallesi, Eski Büyükdere Caddesi No: 3-5, Link Plaza, Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye. Privacy and support requests: support@balkivo.com.
2. Data we process
We process account and verification details; service requests and offers; location and service address; submitted photos and files; messages; ratings; promotional credit and point records; notification preferences and device tokens; and security, device, usage and diagnostic records. A first-party event record may show how users found or used Balkivo.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use data to secure accounts, publish and match requests, manage offers and jobs, enable communication, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal duties. Processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent, as applicable.
4. Sharing and transfers
Information needed to arrange a job is visible to the relevant customer and service provider. Infrastructure and delivery services used by the app include server hosting, Mapbox maps, Google Firebase authentication and push messaging, and configured email or verification delivery services. These services may process data in other countries. Balkivo does not sell personal data. Contact us for information about a particular service provider or transfer.
5. Retention, deletion and security
Account details are used while the account is active and are removed or de-identified after account deletion. Job, message and audit records may be retained only while needed for unfinished work, disputes, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations; uploaded content can itself contain personal details. Backup copies remain until their ordinary replacement cycle. We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative permissions and backups. You can request review or deletion of retained content at the contact address above.
6. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent and complain to the competent authority. Contact support@balkivo.com.
7. Permissions and children
Location, camera, gallery and notification access require device permission. Balkivo is not intended for people under 18.
