Delete your Balkivo account

You can request account deletion in the Balkivo mobile application or by email without reinstalling the app. Balkivo is operated by Gökmen Topal (Google Play developer name: Balkivo Technologies).

Delete in the app

1. Open Balkivo and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation and approve the deletion.

What is deleted?

Deleting an account closes access and removes account credentials, contact details, profile, registered devices, credit wallet and media linked to that account from the active service. Requests, offers, messages and job or audit history may remain associated with a de-identified account where needed for open work, disputes, fraud prevention or legal duties. Content written in a message or request may itself contain personal details; contact us to request a review of that content. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle, and records required by law may be retained for the applicable period.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@balkivo.com from the address linked to your Balkivo account, or include the phone number linked to it. Ask us to delete your Balkivo account and associated data. We may ask for verification before processing the request. You do not need to reinstall the app.
